The Indonesian railway system had surprises in store for us, and we even managed to catch some peaceful sleep along the way. From Malang to Batu: A Change of Plans
Upon arriving in Malang, our adventure was far from over. We hopped into a Grab Taxi, bound for Batu, a charming town known for its beauty. However, our initial hotel choice in Batu didn’t quite meet our expectations. Rather than settling for less, we decided to upgrade to a much better hotel while we waited for our room to be prepared. And let me tell you, the view from this new hotel was absolutely breathtaking – a sight you won’t want to miss!
